Signature Edition of Floating Seahorse Fuses European and Emirati Style

Started as just concept, now you can see Signature Edition of Floating Seahorse. Following the great success of world’s first Floating Seahorse revealed in early 2015, Kleindienst has announced the launch of this Signature Edition.


Inspired by Emirati culture and lifestyle, this floating house has been developed to accommodate families with guests, groups, or children of all ages. To ensure that passengers an enjoy authentic European experience, the developer hired a team of experienced architects and interior designers to make The Signature Edition offers beautiful fusion between Europe and Emirates in contemporary style. This floating boat offers comfort and luxury marine lifestyle in the Arabian Gulf where the east meets west.



There are 4 areas in this floating habitat, it can accommodate up to 8 adults and 8 children with great versatility, each level can be adapted to suit individual needs. For ultimate privacy, owner can also choose to fully enclosing the outdoor areas on the sea level, when not enclosed, these areas can be used for alfresco entertaining all-year round.
Each Signature Edition features 4,004 square feet across three levels, it would be a unique vacation home. The totally submerged level offers an underwater ladies room and master bedroom, of course, you will be presented with spectacular underwater view. this boat is fully customizable, you can choose a variety of different premium quality finishes from flooring to bathrooms. Priced at AED 12 million, Signature Edition Floating Seahorse is currently under production.

Lamphouse Installation – An Architectural Art Project Inspired by Light Beam from Road Lamps

Located in the University of Hawai’i Manoa’s School of Architecture, the Lamphouse Installation captures the space casted by lamps to project a surreal spatial experience from our daily lives. Inspired by the light beam from road lamps, the installation uses wooden sticks to enclose the space underneath a stairway lamp, roof light, wall lamp, spot light, working lamp, flashlight and reading lamp to project surprising spatial structures and warm living energy after dark.
